A Bit About Us!

The Sioux Falls Children’s Choir consists of a performance-oriented choral group open to young singers with unchanged voices in grades 3 through 6. Our goal is to offer young musical talents an opportunity to receive well-rounded, high-quality choral training complemented with performance experiences in a variety of community events. Our choir has performed with multiple ensembles throughout the years, including the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra in April of 2019.

Our ensemble is divided into fall and spring semesters, culminating in a concert for friends and family. The choir performs a wide variety of repertoire, ranging from classical to contemporary. In addition to learning to read music and music theory, the choir also offers an enriching social experience through friendships and an opportunity to instill discipline and hard work.

The Sioux Falls Children’s Choir hopes to provide the Sioux Falls community a source of pride in the talents and achievements of our youth and to help our members grow into lifelong proponents of the arts and music.
